i accidently killed one today and got a delightful message about a gift. i was Fm but the group said they all got 2-3 bars of mana. Does this happen to bards, or we get screwed again?

First off, I've never killed a Bitten Victim and got any gift, though I am normally pulling at the end of a battle so may have missed it. If the group did get a mana regen, it would make sense that bards don't get a benefit from it as we never do with spells/songs. However, when the victims spawn spiderlings, I have noticed (may have changed recently) that killing the spiders count toward the slaughter count. Considering they are green it used to be a good way to up your tally quickly if behind. Have been doing collections exclusively lately so haven't tested it recently. NOTE: I moved this thread from General Discussion to LDoN as it only pertains to LDoN. Also I wanted to see how it worked as I've never moved something before. If I move a thread it is not that I don't like it, just I think it is better to be found in another section. Sinfonian

Each of the LDoN adventures have these types of mobs.. hitting these types of mobs, either gives you a benefit (like mana, or a pet), or they are trapped.. and you get spawned creatures.. (usually 3 to 5), or just AE poison. I advoid them, because normally we can do the adventure with out the benefits. and the chances of being a trapped item is not worth it.

Sometimes you just get Exp for them. Once I hit one and it jumped up and said don't kill me. then spit out alot of text about being stuck and all. Wanted me to show her the way out. she followed me to the ZO but just stood there. I ran out of time before I could hail her again.

that was one of the pet versions it basicly acts like a enc pet. I never grab it myself cause it just screw up pulling,

It was after we had finished the adv and cleared all the mobs.
