I was trolling through these forums earlier and happened upon the bard newbie quests in Shar Vahl for citizenship. The third quest has a reward of a lute that is equipable in the primary hand. Lute of the Jharin Apprentice [url]http://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?item=20116 [/url] This would go well with my TDoK [url]http://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?item=18010 [/url] and Bloodstained Flute [url]http://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?item=23648.[/url] The problem is that I am a Half Elf. I have read about folks MQing the first quest in this series to get started, but I am curious how far you can go if you are not a Vahl Shir. Does anyone have any info on this and how far they have gone? I am thinking of giving the MQ a try tonight if I get the time. P.S. Sorry, I can't seem to figure out how to do links properly in my post. :(

You can multi-quest the citizenship quest (I forget the details at the moment), but the lute you reference is only useable by Vah Shir. You can't avoid that part. So you still won't be able to use the lute.

Well crap, you are right.......DOH.

There is a low point Primary lute from LDoN you can get. Only 50 some points. Trouble is it is all in Sro/Guk, so you will have to talk hard to get a group to do it with you. Be sure you bring a GOOD healer and chanter. Tenosh on Prexus.
