Ok i know what jamfest does but at lvl 65 does it really have any effect i thought damage, mez ect was hard coded at a cap ie lvl of mob and damage fixed at 42 +mods+im at 65?.

It definitely works. I have two levels of it, and my resists on lulls and mezes have dropped considerably since I got it. Chant damage and buff components on songs have also increased by a few points.

My guild has 5 active 65 Bards. One of us took the dive and got JM3 after it was "fixed". According to his results, every Bard in the guild is now working towards JF3.

ahh so its fixed i just put a point in and it does increase stats ect. But what about fleet of foot i always wanted to run faster :lol

Fleet of Foot DOES work, I tested it in WK. It aint GREAT, but it DOES increase. Impresario Meldrum Melodious A Bard is Cool, a Good Bard is a BLESSING!

I read somewhere that fleet of foot only helps you if you're not already hitting the speed cap. I believe some bards have posted that fleet of foot doesn't affect them much because with their drums and IM/AT levels, they're already running as fast as possible.
