    Has anyone found out what the mods are by tier for the bard singing and instument tributes are?

    They are 1.2, 1.4, and 1.6 for tiers I, II, and III respectively.

    Note: These work as if you have an instrument of the said mod equipped and do not stack with other instruments/epic. In other words, if you have your epic you won't see a benefit from any of these when you have it equipped.
