    Tribute system for the Rallos Bard

    I have been searching high and Low for a tribute master, born in kelethin , the tribute master simply replies to me " I am not the one you owe allegence too". then it struck me that this guy kept talking about mother of all AKA Tunare, so I am wondering to myself, Born In kelethin and my is God is Rallos Zek, and yeah i did it cause i had a set of Fierce Haraldic sitting around hehe. But honestly can anyone help me figure out who the tribute master is, and or if I am screwed now for taking this odd combo for armor purposes???     I found a Tribute master that worked for me in West Freport I think. walked into West Freeport (zone with the bank). And did Control-F to and was able to get a path straight to him.
