Just found out about Draconic musical instruments from Eqtraders but not much information there. Anyone know what level to try and start those quests and an idea about the % song enhancements? Thanks~

I read information on other thread but still would like to know at what level these quests are doable for solo and raid. I am level 39 now so if I am still to "young" I may want to request some assistance. Thanks.
