Hello everyone, I recently got my key to BoT and was wondering what mobs would be good to solo for spectral parchment drops and what mobs drop specs that you can camp with a group? Just want some info so I know where to start in this zone if I cannot find a group. So what do you all solo in BoT that drop specs? :) thanks in advance. Baelwyn Laureatus. 62 bard, Mith Marr.

spec parchemnts, er any parchments are almost completely random throughout mobs in teh zone. rabukiz

yup spectrals drop off the regualr mobs in bastions of thunder. rune words drop off the 4 named mini-bosses at the end off each wing as well as the lords in each of the four towers. the mini-bosses are doable by a single group and also drop planar armor, silk, and leather paterns which make very uber gear without having to have any tradeskill levels. the tower lords take a raid force of a strong 30 people, 50 weak people.

the bosses are easily trackable. the minibosses are the only thing that is even con to level 65, the tower lords are the only thing that cons yellow to 65, and agnar the storm lord and his guards are the only things that con red.

Finally got my bot key done with help from guildy the other night, i wanna start doing that soloing, is the exp worth it to spend a lot of time there? I'd like to hit two birds with one stone if I could, i.e. normal exp at 63, (does it fare up to grouping in tactics, best place I know of so far, and what is drop rate? I'll prolly figure this ouw for myself tomorrow), and what summons? thanks =)

Almost everything in BoT Summons, and no real kite room.

Mini boses usually drop SPs, occasionally glyphe runes, also that darn ring almost everytime. My warrior buddy and I Trio them whenever we get a chance. (70war/70shm/65rng) Trying to get my bard up there now!! Anyways, this is beside the point but wanted to add this, havent tried any of the other upper tower named except Auliffe. He can be done with one group! We did it on CT server about a month ago. Just bust out the veteran AA and you'll resist almost every stun. (70clr/70shm/70war/65rng/70rng...forgot the other guy) Tried the water tower named - but MA went down and from there it was over. But I do believe he too can be done with one group. Sorry kind of got off the topic there =D.

I would suggest HOH for spectral and etheral parchements. Its safe and easy for chanting. I soloed there with my enchanter and made a small fortune in spells and hero meat.
