More than that at least, I killed the three giants heralds "a giant herald" handed in the heads, was asked to find out about a messenger. I killed "a giant messenger" before I even found the heralds and looted a note. So I handed it to him, now I have to find where the messenger was coming from. For what its worth the messenger and heralds were all in wakening lands all blue cons @ 66 and didn't summon. Easy chant kite on them all. I have the piece from tarn, a dragon wing bone, dragon wing claw bone, dragon wing tail bone and ancient dragon claw. the ancient dragon claw is not needed yet though. you turn the other 4 pieces into hsagras shade in the back of DN and 12 guards spawn along with a named. apparently you have 5 mins to kill the named. havent done it yet due to lack of guild help but firiona.anasong and sullon.riverwindx have tried it

Are you sure this is for new epic? It doesn't sound bardic in any way.

You sure? Claws of Veeshan are actually friends of bards in lore. It makes sence also because bards are the only ones who are allowed to worship Veeshan too.

This question has come up on another board and I haven't seen an answer yet, so I'll ask here. It was stated by someone that you have to be 66 in order for the starting NPC to talk to you. Has any level 65's tried talking to the starter yet?

What drops the other bone pieces that Lantric`Dar asks for? The ones that are turned into Hsagra (wing, claw, and tail bone).

they're groundspawns in DN amongst the bone piles, and also the skele construct traps can drop them rarely. claw spawns near jaled'dar's room, wing spawns at the end of the underground tunnel with the goos, and tail spawns in the tunnel on the way to zlandicar.

I'm slightly confused... so we kill the excavators to get to the T named and loot his piece. Then we also need 3 dragon pieces that spawn in different locations of DN that need to be picked up. Then these are turned in to the Shade guy... and guards + a named pop. The named will drop something. Turn all these things into the WL dragon? edit: n/m, saw the update at the top of the page with new text added.

I havent seen any more text myself. gonna try handing Lantaric one of the piece I got after cracked bone and see what happens

No response from Lantric on cracked bone, and none on dragon tail bone I got off the dragon contstruct I petted. Killed the named mercenary with me and a 66 druid using the dragon construct pet but Excavtor Quellin had nothing on him.

went back to Lantaric, he told me to go back to lay Hsagra to rest.

Question: Is Lantaric'dar on CoV faction or beta neutral or what? I'm currently KoS to CoV due to some ToV runs and want to know if I should faction up before starting this.
