Not sure if this has been asked and answered but I was curious do you have to turn in 1.0 to get 1.5 or can you dual wield them? would definately be nice to have them both. =)

You don't have to turn it in, just have it in your possession. So yea, you can duel wield it.

As someone stated earlier, you can duel wield both as you do not turn in epic 1.0 to get 1.5. However, by the time you get epic 1.5, you would most likely have a better dmg delay weapon and the modifiers would make no difference since they don't stack. I guess for RP purposes or for the look it would be ok.....? :|

Well, there's still the 1.0 proc... unless you have SoE, you may not have some other replacement for that...

So you want to be bitched at for taking up 2 buff slots instead of just one? :lol
