Rogues also working on 1.5/2.0 have some Blue Orb thingy they don't know what to do with. And theirs relates to the reanamation of objects with the souls of others. (Shakey the Scarecrow subquest.) But who knows?

The Wayward is for Rogue Epic 1.5. Speaking to him, then handing over a gem, triggers an instanced event in the spectre tower out in the middle of the oasis.
