53 in Draniks Scar

I am lvl 53 and wondering if I can start kiting in Draniks Scar or will it not be worth the trouble? I am very well equipted with high resist and Hps. Any help from you guys will be greatly appreciated.

You could do it, but I noticed the mobs have a fair bit of hp. Also, mobs tend to be around level 40. I would suggest PoD.
