Check out your server. On tribunal it's so much easier to get good groups, the dark guys are hurting.
To speed it up, there are some solo missions that go well with group missions in the same zone. Population Control is kill twenty Stillmoon creatures and can be done at the same time as any group task in Stillmoon. Motted meats on the other hand is a poor one for that because the meats don't drop in group tasks. But they are left rotting in the non-instanced zonein all the time, so you could just get five in a few minutes.
