    I also have a little over 4khp unbuffed and I like to offtank in normal LDoNs :p Edit: sorry about the bump =/

    yeah Paeros, HoS, Disease dot are nice for mobs that can only be slowed with Disease slow.
    The disease DoT can help if it lands. HoS does nothing. Last time I checked HoS is a MR/FR/CR debuff, just like OoS was. Therefore, it does nothing to help a disease based slow land.

    I stand corrected on the HoS comment. But HoS the damn thing anyway, it cant hurt ;o)

    The Rizlona armour requires you to have an Elemental zone flag.
    Alot of people seem to forget that you can get into any Elemental plain zone with the raid percent rule. Thus eliminating the need to be "Elemental Flagged". Just an fyi...
