I am starting a new bard on the progression server, and will be getting my first few levels doing the fed ex quests for money. 2 Negative faction hits are mistmoore and ring of scale. Are either of these two factions important for any of the bardly quests later on down the road? Don't want to go screwing them up right of the bat if I am going to need them. Thanks

Ring of Scale only has one use before the VP Revamp. Faction with Gore, Talendor and Sev (in Kunark). If you're good with RoS, they won't kill you, but I believe fighting in Skyfire will give you RoS negative hits anyway. Once they push out the VP Revamp, you need RoS faction (max ally in some cases) to do quests there, doubt if that will be an issue, though.
