I find this song is not affected by singing modifiers VoTS or Amp. Why should this be the case?

Yeah, it does a very respectable amount of instantaneous damage as is. Horribly inefficient, but great to get the crits on some mobs in a small area. It probably would be more bard like to have it less damage but modifiable, but it'd still not be memmed /too/ often. Fun song once in a while.

good song for show-off-fights, aka when you have a mob where everybody simply does max dps and somebody (or ideally yourself) parses the fight :P In my guild Keldo used to get parsed quite often and if you get a Shammy in your group you can get quite nice results since the duration of the fight uses to be just a bit over 1 minute, which makes it quite ideal for our dps discs/AAs ;P In those situations I regulary have this song loaded for extra dps :P
