Usually when you type www.domain.com it will automatically turn into a hyperlink. Otherwise, write your text, highlight it, and then click the little "chain link" icon above to create the actual link.

thankstrhat answered that part now is it possible to get the link into your signiture? when i go to change my signature there is no chain link button there.
