Little more detailed, with item locations taken from EQtraders. Put it togetther for my own sake and thought others might want. These are the diamonds that you match up with Dragorn Blood + Enchanted Velium + Crystals.

FYI To make the Spell: Imbue XXXX spells you need 1x of the ingredient, 1x raw diamond, and 1 x Spell: Imbue Diamond.

 So TOTAL you need 2x of each ingredient, 8x Spell: Imbue Diamond (freeport - Temple of Marr) plus 16 raw diamonds total... Am i correct?

Are these purchasable?  The actual diamonds that is. 

They are common drops in pop and elsewhere, and are sold as vendor loot. It's usually not too hard to find some if you go vendor diving or spend a few hours in bot farming them.

 Well I was never flagged for the planes (I'm a returning player so never knew about these zones), so I simply assumed I couldn't reach them...is this not true...?  At 80 would I be able to solo most of these?

The raw diamonds come from the open access zones. The bloods though, some of them are from the elemental planes, and some are not. Disease, Justice, BoT, and valor was it I think? those are all zones you can go to. The elemental bloods you can hopefully find people to 85 you in. I believe they're tradable though, but I'm not sure. The raw diamonds for sure, basically come from anywhere.

 Would you mind explaining the '85 you in' comment?  I'm really behind the times, if you haven't gathered.  No keys/flags/etc...I've been working to get Anguish flagged (3 signets so far) and I've heard about the way to get a time key without being keyed in...just need to talk someone into letting me in =)

85'ed in refers to many zones that require you to be keyed.  If 85% of the group/raid are flagged and you are not then you can get in without being flagged.  If someone goes LD or leaves and the percentage drops below 85% you will be booted out of the zone within a min or 2.  There are some zones that you can not be 85'ed in.

 RAny check Bazaar for drop with fabled all around  you will get lucky.. me i buy all my blood.. i will try get some for you since we raid fabled in pop atm.

NP, I've been busy trying to collect anguish sigs as well...lots on my list to do.  Still collecting Dragorn blood as I can as well...! 

Ok this is a dumb question, why do you need 2x each ingredient.  I went to the Bazaar last night and picked up a few of the various bloods.  It looks like you just need one specific blood (water mephit blood, etc), one raw diamond, one imbue which makes the diamond?

Edit: Oh to make the spell...nevermind, assumed the spell was commonly available.

 Right, so really you only need one set. It's just that many enchanters never made and scribed the enchant spells you need them to cast, and aren't interested in farming the ingredients themselves. So if you can't find a chanter with the spells, you should expect to have to supply them with a second set so that they can make the spells for themselves to scribe and then cast on the first set.

 If anyone is on Cazic server and needs the Diamonds made Shoot Trebuul a tell. My chanter will have all the spells needed after making Treb's.
