Well let's see what I would do...
1) replace Mask of Deception. You could get a Veil of the executioneer for a cheap and easy to get upgrade (<1k). It's +35hps, +35mana+3int, dex, resists. You would sacrifice lots of cha for it (which you don't have that much of), but you cold still carry around your 19 Cha mask for when you need charisma urgently.
Of course, there are better masks for sale, but on our server masks which are minor upgrades (like +5 or 10 Hps compared to Exe Veil) are around 10k+ and everything that is somewhat good goes for 30-40k+. Not willing to pay that ;-)
2) Bracelet of Quickness. You really need Dex/Agi that much?
I know I don't, and especially dex gets buffed so easily even in normal exp groups (enc, sham, Bst). I know I can live very well with much lower ramounts there.
Now the "bracer market" is quite bad unfortunately.
Best price/value I found was Rock-Molded Wristguard (AC: 30
STR: +10 HP: +25 MANA: +25 SV DISEASE: +10) for ~8k (but they tend to be more in the 12k-range nowadays).
On a lighter note: as far as I remember, bracelet of Quickness also sells for 12k+. ;-)
Actually I would look into replacing both bracers. since everything else is petty cheap/cash neutral (if you sell the haste mantle, you should even make a massive profit), you might want to try to buy a Ornate Bracer. They are -of course- not that cheap ;-)
3) replace one of your 2 haste items.
if you want to replace Mantle, you might want to get: Cloak of Greater Pernicity (that also would help you low Charisma massivelybeside HPs and stuff).
if you want to replace belt, you might want to get Belt of Gray Flesh from LDoN. It comes from MM (if I remember right) and only costs 510 points. Much more HPs and mana from this for you. and...got a nice type-3-slot, into which you could add some FT-augments (cheapest would be 340 points for FT1 in Nro).
4) Oh...and do some LdoN ;-)
Augments are rather easy to get and are a great way to boost your excisting gear.
P.S. I just se it now: why did you post here in the forum about where lvl 51-60's should hunt? ;-)
