They have done away with corpse (shard) runs...now you just get a little exp dept. A mistake in my opinion, but a lot of folks were for it and lost 'shards' (whats left after you die and revive at a safe spot) were like their number 1 Customer Service issue.
Everyone runs faster now, including bards...we still have the edge, but only barely.
They made several nice technical refinements and increased the drop rate, so there is a ton of new gear/masters hitting the market. I never owned a dropped master till a few days ago, now I have 4 i've memmed and 2 more for sale.
A mass of regular players (not hard core all day longers) is hitting or has hit 60 now. Again, it will be interesting to see how people cope.
Once again, (this has happened more times than I can count), I am in a family type guild that is losing its level 60's to hard core raiding guilds. We'll see if it survives. You have those folks who hit sixty and immediatly are bored and want to raid, those who are in no hurry, and those who get in the low 50's and decide they would rather play lower level alts. Kinda tuff on a small guild when there are a lot of diverse play styles.
The really beafed up a couple of the lower level zones (25-40 ish) and folks are having a blast in there.
Most of the rest was just refinements of some sort...they usually do fairly well on patches, but the servers were down for a long time on this one.
