are there any pre-kunark insta-click buff items available? I'm trying to help my progression guild find old world gear and we're currently doing Vox/Naggy/Phinny era
or are j-boots the only item?

I can't think of a single insta-clicker item that's pre-kunark for a bard besides the J-boots.
As for a shrinky item, none.
Unless you consider healing potions a working item =)
