Charm Kiting in Fortress Mechanotus is a great way to get AA at level 80 if you can't find a group. Just go near the first set of elevators pull a group of 5, mez 1 1 , run about 3 seconds away, go back to mezzed mob, charm and sick it on the other 4, wait till it gets low, break charm with invis and finish off with chants or your next charmed mob, once you get down to 2 mobs, grab another set of the roaming 5 packs. You can get about 4-6 AA an hour doing this depending on how good you do at breaking mez and how fast you are. The only problem areas is when a white con spawns. 

Gators in Loping Plains are better IMO. I generally start by hitting one with alliance song, pull 3 then circle back to charm a 4th, repeat...

The faction song makes it so you can stand right next to your next pet without the need of mezz, makes for faster kills. All are level 78 and have a 6 minute spawn time, you cannot clear the beach before respawns so it's repeatable for as long as you can stand it. They drop spells and some nice vendor/tradeskill loot, you can get a quest (rebuilding Clay) not far from the mobs.

My PR with LOTD running is 8AA in 30 minutes, 4 in ~30 minutes is easy without LOTD.
