Anyone have any suggestions on suitable weapons for a level 63 bard ?

Currently I am using Dedgerex's Flintforged Cudgel and a Copper Hammer of Striking.

I have SCF aa's and picked up the cudgel for its 650 pt proc, it crits for 1250 usually at least once every fight or so, and goes off a 2 - 4 times a fight ( per normal trash mob )

I see there are some decent evolving items out there now, and most guides for my level range are so far out of day they don't include much data if any beyond PoP.

This one as an example is still two levels over my head for minimum level rec - but seems pretty decent, though I don't know how obtainable it would be either solo at Level 63 or with a boxed cleric ( now level 56 ) for back up.

I found another one in Undershore that seems viable as well and is within my current level limit as far as required level goes.

The newer weapons actually have damage values higher than the delay values even on one hand items - and these days with the above I am hitting for in the range of 50 - 100 ish physically with what I have, which doesn't seem like much. Though bards aren't exactly high on the dps list from pure melee ability, I should I think be able to do better.

Anyhoo - looking for weapon suggestions that are obtainable either by soloing / duoing or possibly bazaar hunting at a reasonable rate ( If there is such a thing these days )

At 79, I'm still using a Fearpoint (http://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?item=69915) and a Bejeweled Parrypoint (http://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?item=69891)

Both are relatively inexpensive in the bazaar.

 I'm not sure if those are up your alley, but I'm also looking for obtainable weapon upgrades (obtainable for me usually means bazaar unfortunately as our group doesn't farm a lot of weapons).  I think both require level 65, but you are right around the corner.

 You'll need help to take on Zoriles, when we took him down a decently equiped level 70 warrior was getting hit for 1500 max and normally 700-900. At one time we had a ranger WS tank him and that went very well too so you have a few options.

You may want to ignore the evolving weapons though and duo some DoN missions (Forbins Elixr) for crystals and pick up the weapons from there. Get to 65 before you buy any DoN weapons though and as a bonus you can sell them back when you hit 70. You will need to have a 3rd person join your group in order to get the mission but they can leave at any point thereafter. 

Thanks for the feedback, I did find the Fearpoint and Parrypoint in the Bazaar not too expensive, so I picked em both up - will see what I can do about farming some of the DoN missions for crystals.

Any particular weapons from the DoN camps that are worth looking at obtaining ?

I have already looked up some 1300-1700 crystals worth of DoN merchant stuff, but haven't looked into any of the weapons yet.

 None of the DoN weapons are as good as the ones you just bought. :)
